There is one for sale on the amnizia forum but I don't know if it is still available.
It is DCC sound and its price is a bit high if you are available for such a thing, €480 if I remember correctly.

My understanding is that when Alpha Trains went out of business that L.S. Models of Belgium took over the tooling for these models and released some models maybe 10 years ago. Despite the high demand for these from Greek modellers they have not been released since, thus leading to the inflated prices for used models.

I don't know the reason for L.S. not releasing more of these models given the demand. Does anyone know the story?

That one I know but it a little bit high.
I know that all of them cames up to this price, but for that I will build up two or three of them on my own.

That is great news! The Alpha Trains ADtranz is a wonderful model.

Hopefully someday these will be produced again, but I have no expectations. Unfortunately ready made Greek models are becoming harder and harder to find as time goes on.
