Good afternoon gents,
Good to see those old postcards sufracing again!
Actually, they are part of a series of postcards published in the 70s by the Bureau Vaudois d'Adresses in Lausanne; the theme of the series was "Chemin de Fer du Peloponnèse", under no 552.
The series comprised 12 postcards, showing steam locomotives and passenger cars and coaches, most of them shot in june 1969, with two pix of Delta-series mikados, shot in 1962. Interestingly enough, the series included no diesels or railcars - perhaps they were included in a second set.
I have the complete first set, and I'll check to see if the copyright is still valid; if everything is clear, I'll post the entire series in the forum. (the BVA still exists, but in a completely different form...)
Cheers from Geneva, where it pours down cats and dogs... (back in Greece we'd say, it's pouring down chairs' legs (καρεκλοπόδαρα)...
