I hope ACME make in the next time the JZ Dining car

I don't know whether ACME plans to do the Goša type JŽ restaurant, but for sure there is already an announcement
of the Gredelj type (ACME/memoba JŽ dining car for IC Croatia).
Unfortunately, that Gredelj type was not going to Greece.
As you wrote, there is a still hope for making a Goša carriage one day
