Now that I have a proper working space, time has come to start modeling again
and prove wrong some of my friends claiming that I am just another "armchair modeler"

Roco 45075 was stripped of its original paint, sprayed all white, then the lines were masked and painted all red.
I was very pleased with the result, the photos are from my phone and don't show exactly how sharp and straight these lines are
Especially I am impressed by the 0.4mm masking tape!!!
I wouldn't never believe such a thin line could be achieved by painting!!!

As it was the first time using Vallejo colors with my airbrush, I had to experiment a bit with the consistency,
There was some problem with white color built up (over diluted paint) at one of the models and I also want that red to be toned down a bit,
so right now they are both of them in a plastic bag, coated with oven cleaner

This time everything went well, the roof has also been painted. I'm going soon to place the decals.

Christo posted a year ago a new part-set from ACME which included that sleeping car. Is it still non available?

I produced decals for this cariages, a decade ago. I still have some sets of them for whom is interested in. I have sold many of them. The model, whose photos, BalkanExpress uploaded here in 2015, wears these decals.

Hi B.E. I had made the decals in 2013.
ACME has announced the OSE coach in a set and as far as I know erail is going to have an extra number of it.
I decided to go on and finish this project as I had already the ROCO models and the RailTop boggies.

I have applied the decals, some varnish and a light weathering will follow before to reassemble them.

BalkanE, I'm about to spray the satin varnish, then I'll take and post some proper shots.
About the RailTop boggies have a look at the first page of this topic. I think they are out of stock by now.
Maybe ACME has the right type as they were used at the GOSA coaches too. Does anybody knows if they are available as extra parts?
I'd like to have a pair as I have a third ROCO model in stock.
