I think that since we all live in different countries your suggestion will not work, except for friends who live in the same area (like Athens) and agree with your method. Otherwise each person pays post with their individual order.

The order from me and TEE1055 can be budled together. We see each other quite often. I hope TEE1055 you dont mind me taking the initiative.

I am offered to collect the first packet for Athens which will include al least my 5 kits. If any other friend who leaves nearby and waits for kits, and would like to coordinate our deliveries should contact me. First of all we must know how many items will be included in our packet so Konrad can calculate the post expences which will be distributed. So if someone is interested then send me message.

From expirence I know that international shipping costs not less than 15EUR. Now we wait untill all parts will be ready to send. We have some problem with boogies. First Y25Tn had beed printed in TT scale to check eth. After we decided to make H0 one printed company closed their factory ;/
After I receive H0 version we start to make kit firstly.

Just a silly question about the Y25 bogies:
Have you considered using proprietary bogies like the ROCO ones?
I also have a number of REE bogies which look great (below). I will be more than happy to supply them to you for my models but NOT if that complicates matters.

Roco boogies are not suitable for our frame construction. There is collision with KKK mechanism. Also plastic boogies are weight loss. And finally Roco boogies need to change assemble way for it. We will stayl with our veriosn
