I've seen a A 119 photo that the stripes look to be of white but the OSE logo seems to be painted in white too...
I think, at some point variations like that have probably existed but they are definitely the exception.
For example, I have spotted that white ΟΣΕ logo only at the A-125 (at the front only), A-128 and probably A-111 as I can't surely tell from the photo

Also note that at some point several of the Krupps looked like being painted in grey
that was the result of some faulty batch of red paint that had very soon been faded to grey!!!

I still think that those models are a bit of a disappointment...
unless one is willing to repaint them, but then there is the ESU model that with 40 Euros more offers also the smoke generator...
