...i heard the Alsthom runs very good in double traction with ALCo A.300 on a long freight train :mrgreen:

Andy it also runs well with MLWs as in this photo of our good friend and fellow member Phil.

I merged the kit "for sale" here together with the other Alsthoms.

A. 357 at Rentis, 3. October 1996. This is the once picture that i make from a standard-gauge-Alsthom. It`s give a idea for choosing the number for a future modelling project. :mrgreen:

Yes, this is a long time affair. The first visit at greece was 1990, i was nine years old. My dad want visit the heritage from the cradle of european culture, but my interesting are the railways. The big and dirty diesels burnt in my mind!
1996, i could bargain with my parents a visit at the depots of Athens. More or less problems at the OSE-Headquarters to get a photo permission, but after the visit of the narrow-gauge depot, at rentis i get troubles. The chief thinks, 15 years are too young to visit the loco shed. After ejection from the depot, i has visit the graveyard at my own risk. More pictures follows...
