The difference between the two types of Ψ3 is not the loading limit. The 25 + 5 wagons were different from the other Cosa/Yu ones in that they operated with "dry ice". Visually almost identical.

For the Roco model of this refrigirator wagon I can supply the handbrake disk. It's a feature exclusively seen on greek Ψ3 (and the other greek refrigirators as well) that is missing from the original model.



The disc is made from plastic, may need painting for more realism and although it almost clips on the model, it requires glue.I use cyanoacrylate but others may be suitable as well. It is inexpensive as well, you can send me PMs if you are interested.
