Hello friends

I think a big problem is the "free time".

I as engine driver i have on one month 10-12 night services and i sleep many =)
and in the last months i search time for the modeltrains,
i have only time for buy from modeltrains, but not tinker (make kits or conversions)
and at future with a girl friend less time...

I am look often on this Forum, but also on Amnizia,
1 German (drehscheibe-online.de) - 1 Austrian (bahnforum.info) and croatian forum (malezeljeznice)

All forums have from time to time topics from Greece.
At malezeljeznice are topics about Hellas Express and Akropolis

Hi Christo and the others,

for me it is also right now a matter of time. Since the beggining of the year I am traveling a lot and my free time is very limited. As of speaking I am currently in northern Spain for work and next week I will be in Tuscany....it is hard to contribute a lot but I will keep on trying.

Cheers

Hello friends,

I have just noticed that a number of photos have been lost or withdrawn. Everyone is FREE to withdraw his photos but if the reason is a technical one please become aware. Maybe photos hosted through a 3rd party like imageshack have been restricted and/or withdrawn. These photos do NOT belong to me so there is nothing I can do to reinstate them. If you want them again you need to upload them from your files. It is a lot of work and I already started replacing all my imageshack ones.

Regards,

christo.

iI have also noticed that some photos are missing.
some of them seems to had been to imagesack, some of Dimitris' photos have a problem but were to another host.
also some photos from the SFS site are not displayed anymore since they had changed their access policy

have you spotted any missing photo that were initially in the forum?

I had a look myself, what seems to happen is that most of our initial Imagesack photos are gone!... :(
mine as well, viewtopic.php?f=15&t=14&p=59#p59, viewtopic.php?f=13&t=13&p=64#p64

I don't think that any of them has been removed intensively, so we'll give it a try and restore them
I'd suggest that each one of us who has used imagesack re-upload his photos to the forum

about Tim's photos, since he is not participating any more, I could restore them in case forum's backup system does not keep records of the external files
it's going to take quite some time, but the good news is that I have an image of the whole forum in my HD :D

There is no wage. There is no rank. Just the satisfaction that we are the custodians of our loves and desires. I am talking about trains here ;)

Imageshack is history for me. All my pictures are successfully transferred.
