It is interesting to note (modellers) that these locos were delivered with partial stanchions. In the picture of Trevor in 1980, which I posted earlier, it still shows them in that state. Sometime later the stanchions were extended in the full footplate. Does anyone know when?

You're right Christo. In 1980 the stanchions is not exist ( A-465 in Athens Station, Nov.1980 Photo by Themistoklis Zachariou) Maybe in 1981 or 1982 placed in the full footplate. Because in 17-9-1983 had already placed.(A-460 with freight train in 17-9-1983 photo by OSE Fotopic net)
