I had a discussion before Christmas with Barbapanagos and he asked me if I could list the projects I have realised, am realising and have in the pipeline so that no parallel developments are taking place and we loose a lot of energy on that.
Finished projects
1) Rilns TRAINOSE Cargo Taurpalin top Goods Wagon: 4 running numbers based on Roco 47606

3) Decals for G10 Locomotives of SEK complementary to the brass plates of Balkanmodels (3 Nummbers, 888, 891, 893)
4) Decals for the Δρτ 1065-1067 baggage van:

Moreover the running numbers of the Royal coach are also available. It was a modified AB and the interior must be scratch built.6) Decals and about 20 finished models of the DEV66DD leased Autotransporter of OSE.

8) Decals for the Z1 ex-BDZ wagon that is surving in Lianokladi...or used to survive....
9) Finished Frets and first test built of a MAN1 narrow gauge DMU in HOm in cooperation with Nontas Moyzes (He did the design and I the built). We have also produced the master of the sideframe....Project mothballed.
10) P7 1979 Polish built tank cars. Nickel Silver, Resin kit with decals for 5 running numbers. First batch was delivered to me in End-December 2013. Pictures will follow from the kit and from the built. Kitprice is about ~80€. For finished models please contact http://www.erail.gr for prices and delivery. 20 Kits produced. If sufficient interest a second run of kits will be produced.
11) Gags-v Z6 OSE Goods Wagon in cooperation with Lok Schlosserei. First kits were delivered in March 2016.

1) SEK G10 Goods wagons. Base model is Roco. Price ~35€ for a complete painted and lettered model. I have no time frame and the project due to work load has been stalled.
2) Decals for the TRAINOSE Cargo Sgns 60' container cars rented from AAE. They used to run from about 2006-2011 on OSE. The status is that the decals are more or less finished. about 10 running numbers.> Project has been passed over to barbapanagos
3)SEK summer coaches. In cooperation with Balkanmodels to revive the "mothballed" project. 20 Kits have been produced and will all be built by me. I am gathering some materials and the construction will begin in early 2015.

Planned projects
1) Gbs Z3 1974 Romania Goods Wagon in cooperation with Lok Schlosserei.
2) Preliminary study to produce a batch of Eaos-x Wagons.
3) Z1 Righoffer closed wagons. Production method unknown although I have some idea on how it would be possible.
Note 1: All the decals, If not available anymore can be produced again if there is sufficient interest. I say suffiecent interest when I have orders for 8-10 sets (for 8-10 Wagons) in order to produce 1 A4 sheet.
Note 2: I don't produce something to make money out of it. I also only produce stuff that I first of all want for me and then I am glad to make others happy, if I can.
Note 3: There is only a vague schedule. I am doing that stuff only in my free time between my normal life (
) so the time indications are only indications.... I will edit the Post during the next few days and add also photos. I will keep this topic updated in this post. I would be happy If also others follow here the same pattern so that we can keep track of our projects. Christo, don't you think that we should make a new category
