OSE MDDm Car Carriers 98-89 000-015

These closed car transporters were acquired to replace the older DDm and DD cars at the passenger trains.
From their classification, they considered to be passenger wagons, but I thought to place them here with the rest of this type.
I have no more info, builder, units etc, so let's wait for somebody to fill the lines

unfortunately car transport service is not available by OSE any more, ceased together with the night sleeping trains...

The car transport service is reduced but still available on night trains 600 and 601 Rouf - Athens - Thessaloniki - Alexandroupoli and back to Athens and Rouf.

That's why these vehicles left at Rouf and Rentis are not always the same.

51 73 98-89 005-6, heavily damaged at some accident, at Agios Ioanis

51 73 98-89 005-6 was destroyed in a serious accident at Acharnes, 08/03/2006 (the junction was wrongly set, and passenger night train 504 with an ADTranz loco crashed on some parked wagons of freight train 80504).
