A451 - A470 MLW

I love MLW high-hood Pnagioti, but they "cut" their noses.....

MLW A451-470 high hood/nose, is a work of art!

Unique compared to every diesel loco in the World.

the original high nose is my favorite too, but both MLWs are successfully refurbished and I like their new paint scheme too ;)

just look at these beauties, Α465 & Α453 at Amindeo photo: Stefanos Vardaris

Some of the A450s had their nose chopped off and double glazing fitted. As far as I know it was A461 and A468. Were there any others? Maybe Andreas will tell us when he has a moment.

It's always a pleasure to see all these old photos in their original scheme!
but even today, the presence of an MLW, makes worth my visit at the station ;)
if there is no one around, something is missing, no matter how many Adtranz, MAN2000, GTW or AEG will come and go!
only a good bunch of freight would make me as happy

Good afternoon to all you,

That car in red colour, with white strip, after the CIWL coach, from which country comes from?
