Hi Dimitris, good photos! Most interesting, the far wagon looks like an ex-SNCF DEV DD66 but what the nearer one is I'm not sure - it resembles a Yugoslavian one but has the Y30 bogies. Anyway, it seems OSE bought a job lot since they have two different types of French car carriers - the DEV DD66 and the later DD Standard which I've seen running around Athens, which still carried their last SNCF depot allocations: 'Villeneuve-Prairie' and 'Nice' - being interested in French railways, I felt quite at home seeing them! I don't know how long the DD66 vehicles will remain in service, they have asbestos in their framing which has caused problems with scrapping them in France.

There is a good model of the DEV DD66 available in HO that could be repainted, but not the other wagons.

DEV DD66 - 150 built 1967/68 by FRANGECO, SNCF numbers 65 87 98 70 001-150, 26.4m long, Y30 bogies
DD Standard - 50 built by ANF 1982/3, SNCF numbers 65 87 98 30 200-249, 26.34m long, Y 35B bogies
Perhaps Jason can give us the OSE number sequences and further information?

Contract with O.S.E. was 47848/1974 so they were built for O.S.E.

I repainted DEV66 DD Models from LS a few years ago. I produced about 25 Models. I think I still have one spare at home if somebody wants. They are fully lettered according to the greek prototype.

Good Morning everybody,

here are 3 pictures of the DEV66DD models that I repainted and Lettered for OSE. I use the Heris model as basis. This is about 4 or 5 years back that I completed them and none are available. You will have to enjoy yourself with the pictures if you don't have one. I made all 14 numbers all with individual patches in the green colour. A friend of mine photographed all 14 in Rentis when they arrived from France.
