Mon, firstly welcome to the forum.

I have no close ups on those green arrows, but I think I know what they say.

The 1st one after logo is the REV date, which starts with ΕΠ followed by something like 10.11.12
The 2nd one is the water filler which says ΣΤΌΜΙΟΝ ΥΔΑΤΟΣ
The 3rd one is the fuel filler which says ΣΤΌΜΙΟΝ ΠΕΤΡΕΛΑΙΟΥ

Mon, the information you ask for is strategically very sensitive. In the hands of the wrong people might unleash a catastrophe. That is why a lot of people are reluctant to share

*Mon, please note that the full REV inscription reads in Greek ΕΠΙΘ.ΕΠ which means 'inspected at Pireas'. Please also note that not all of these locos carried a REV inscrition, while others carried it on the panel behind the fuel filler.

...Please note that there are conversion bits available like lthe light clusters.

In this case let me tell you that A306 had the following REV inscription ΓΕ.ΕΠ 28.4.94. The letters are different but the meaning is the same.

Concerning light clusters, you need to email Balkan Models. They also sell the square chimney cowls download/file.php?id=5305, buffers, brass horns etc. However others found parts from different sources so I expect its a matter of personal choice.
