Romanian Railways CFR
As we still don´t have a CFR topic, I´ll make a start here with some pictures taken on 19.05.2011 at Iasi, northeastern Romania, close to the border with Moldova.
Stopping train to Barlad, with 060DA-loco CFR class 60 (same as BDZ class 06), one of the few still in old grey livery. The train consits of Arad-type carriages well known in Greece
At the left an ex-DBAG "Interregio" carriage can be seen.
DMU bought second-hand from France by a private company, at the left one of the two carriages of the "small border traffic" train to Ungheni (Moldova)
The private DMU has left, and a blue-white 060DA-loco has been attached to the train to Ungheni, which consits of two slightly modernized Arad carriages.
Same train from the opposite side
To be continued...
Regards
Stefan
