Hello, Balkanexpress!!
Hello, Oloï!

Some comments to your shooting in St Charles station:

After the blue buffers, the grey electric engine wears the "ghost livery".
As en explanation, you see the next pic, where are on the same grey livery, drawing decals, that 's the "en voyage livery".

The SNCF had heavily paid a design office for these drawings. And paid this office again at each usage of this drawing.

The Direction of the SNCF had changed, and decided to denounce this contract. And paid again for this.

For a time, engines are simply painted in grey, without drawings. That's the "ghost livery".

Assizes said THESE drawing are artistic property of the design office.

So designers of SNCF made a new drawing, similar but non identical, which is the SNCF property, and applied on engines.

But you have to know, the director of this design office was a friend of the french republic president... ôô

Cheers... JMfret

Hello, Dimitris!

You said in your posts "Huet was closed". It's right. But before he was a pensioner, he helped a young to start in the same activity...

And now, you can find almost the same range of products than Huet. It's AMF87.

Concerning your double deck, you would let it soak in a cleaner liquid. This liquide is an acid welding water, in which you have to put soldering rests and pieces of brass from etching...

So long, Dimitris! JMfret

Hello JMfret.

And thank you very much for your reply.

Yes, I know AMF87, as I bought some sprung-buffers in parts for my TGV LIMA. However, I didn't know the story between HUET and the young helped, now called AMF87.

Thanx for everything!

So long! Dimitris

Concerning the:

ΗΑΧΟ HO (FRANCE):
SCNF, Epoche III, Autotransportwagen, Bauart: TA60

The UIC-brake-releαsers (Lösezüge) are installed, and the wagon is 100% complete!

However, I already polished the sides, but there are 90% of the parts that have tarnish, which it will be removed by glassfibre pen, and finally the whole wagon will be varnished.

The UIC-destination-boards (Zettelhalter) from HAXO HO are corrected.
