On the way to London yesterday to see a play starring one of my ex students. I nearly missed my service (much reduced due to Rail Strike), in order to photograph these two class 73s at East Grinstead station on track cleaning duties.

Photo Balkanmodels: Easter Saturday at East Grinstead station. The Flying Scotsman LNER Pacific 60103 is visiting the Bluebell Railway (13 - 19 April) from the National Railway Museum in York. It has just breezed in with its 7 carriage train up from Sheffield Park and is turning around to do the return journey, tender first at 11.05. I took a lovely video of its arrival .
