Christo,

No, I didn't cut it from the position, where the green arrow is, but unfortunately I just installed there in the beggining, which was the wrong position. It is out of etched brass from WEINERT MODELLBAU HO. Then, when I checked the prototype-drawing, and it was in the wrong-position. However, I destroyed the color on both sides in this part. Now, how can I refix it? :? I 'll think of a way, hopefully.

However, in the drawing, it's not the Habils I have, but that:

The dwg just show the sizes and lengths of buffers and other technical-parts, i.e. air-hoses. My Habils has a 30deg (yellow-arrow) - beam, so the board must be put underneath the sizes shown, where the red-arrow is.

Dimitris, you can repair the gouge by filling it with filler. If it is not very deep, you can “drop” a little paint in it and let it dry. Then another layer of paint and you keep building it up till you are satisfied. Then with a little emery paper you file it flat. You can practice in some spare plastic first before trying it on the wagon. The loss of the design though will be much harder to repaint.

Christo,

I will make an effort on it. Nevertheless, I think, I have to make it flat first in this point, probably with my flat-cutter, and then paint it.

Concerning the SBB CFF FFS, Habils, Epoche IV, LIMA HO (1990):

The correct position of the destination-board (Zettelhalter) is were the green-arrow is, according to the prototype. I also tried to smoothen the wrong position (yellow-arrow).

Photo Balkanmodels: April 1982 Basel. This fire-boat on the Rhine could not be placed anywhere else so it goes here with all Swiss affairs.

One more of these then-today-pictures:

The interior of one from the old signaltowers at Brig. Last year, all these old interlocking systems are replaced by an new electronic one, the biggest of this kind in Switzerland.

The green thing in the picture above is a signal box type "INTEGRA Schalterwerk", even simple and electro-mecanical. Based on german constructions, they are bulit in the 1940- and 1950- years.
