Also,

For upgrading the sprung-buffers, in 1: 87 (HO), the exact prototype buffer for this locomotive as well as A301, and A201 (in 45degrees angle), is the following:

Puffer französische Bauart SNCF 1949, from WEIMANN. Length of buffer of the prototype: 590mm. Bufferplate-size of the prototype: 400mm (H0: 4,6mm).

Also, for upgrading the coupling to original ones, you may use the following:

Schraubenkupplung nach Fwg 600.05.038.09 - montiert, from WEIMANN.

Hello Christo and Balkan Express, and good afternoon.

Thank you both for your replies. :D I have tried to make them as close as possible.

I am willing to upgrade later on, 2 locomotives:

1. The A301-310 ALCO from the spanish ELECTROTREN.

2. The A501-510 MLW - original from Christo. A451-470 nad A501-510 - originals, have the same type of buffer to the prototype.

As we are in a crisis now, I keep money now to concentrate on buying the A501-510 MLW, as this is my basic target, and this would be my first greek locomotive. I already have the couplings and the sprung-buffers. The A301-310 ALCO, I 'll do it later on, as this model may be found from ELECTROTREN easily. The A321-326 ALCO, I won't do it yet. However, I posted those information for you people, if needed for upgrading.

Christo, I will send for everyone the Firma/company that sells those in Germany. It's called WAGENWERK, and it sells fine parts for upgrading your rolling-stock, an all scales, but basically on HO scale.

http://www.wagenwerk.de/h0de/fahrzeugba ... -1949.html, price: 26euros for 4 sprung-buffers, Art. Nr.: Günter Weimann FP 14.400.

http://www.wagenwerk.de/h0de/fahrzeugba ... acturer=18, for all the types of sprung-buffers (exaclty to 1: 87 - scale).

http://www.wagenwerk.de/h0de/fahrzeugba ... tiert.html, price: 14,80euroseuros for 2 x couplings + 2 x springs + 2 x 0,2mm -lenths of wire + 3 x different types of coupling-cases (Kupplungsflansch). One of the types of the latter, is exactly the same for the canadian MLWs and all the 3 types of ALCOs, as I presented on the previous post. Art. Nr.: Weimann K2.2.

http://www.wagenwerk.de/h0de/fahrzeugba ... acturer=18 - for all the types of couplings (exaclty to 1: 87 - scale). The 2 first, are used and are exactly the same to our old OSE USA: tank wagons, opened wagons, and flat wagons.

I buy from this Firma fein parts from 2009, for upgrading all my rolling-stock.

I will post some more pics of ALCO A321-326 later on.

Thanx

Best and kind regards

Dimitris

P.S. Weimann may make other types of buffers and fine details, that they are exactly the same to our rolling-stock - parts (i.e. buffers). Also, you may check and look other producers of fine details and parts that are sold from the same Firma. No problem.

I think the Greek A321 has longer bogies than the Australian Alco.
