Photo Balkanmodels: August 1986 at the Engine Shed Thessaloniki. Alsthom A.364 between duties. That is when Alsthoms, with their light axle loading, ruled in Northern Greece.

A large blow to our hobby; I have been notified by a Hong Kong retailer that Bachmann China have cancelled any future Chinese models to focus on other aspects on the business (Spectrum, Liliput, Branchline, etc). I suspect that we may in the future see some re-runs from the old tooling in the future. CMR Line and N27 (and its subsidiaries) are putting out a respectable number of electric locomotives and freight cars, however both (to date) have been unable to put out the robust quality that Bachmann has over the years. Farewell Bachmann China, we hope to see a return from you one day.
