The second crane series of the SPAP was built by SA Construzioni Ferroviaire e Meccaniche Sacfem Arezzo and was given to Greece after the war, together with other rolling stock. They replaced the ex-SVDE and the older 2-axled 1890 SPAP hand cranes and were used together with old flatbeds, usually ΚΟΡΜΟΦΟΡΑ (Κ) that were built in Belgium in 1890.Their <<duty>> was to help in rebuilding bridges or reinforcing them (right after they were shipped to Greece). After the first diesel locos came (ALCo 9101-9112), these two cranes were used again by the Σ.Ε.Κ. Τ.Μ.Κ. to reinforce bridges, especially near Achladokampos (near Tripolis).Furthermore, they helped in Derveni accident in 1968.Their service years ended before between 1990 and 2000 (about 1996).Both cranes remained in Patras Agios Andreas station with Γ 252 in very good condition, no vandalism etc..Moreover, the flatbed coupled to Γ 252 is the last ΚΟΡΜΟΦΟΡΟ remaining in Greece, with all the others scrapped, especially in Syrtis in 2002.In addition to this, they were about to be scrapped (together with lots of other rolling stock included in the scraplist) in 2014-2015.However,i do not know what happened
