The Italian Duegi Editrice company makes a kit of a similar articulated car carrier under their 'TTM kit' brand and although it's an earlier model than this one it does have SITFA markings. That said, it's not a very well thought out kit and needs a a lot of work to produce a runnable model - guess how I know that!
