One of the most common (along with the Z3s

) to find (unfortunately) withdrawn... in many places, mostly at North Greece, the INTERFRIGO Jugoslavian Ψ3 refrigerators...

Divided to four subseries, two of which are these ''824 0''.

01 73 824 0 000-223, ex- 11 73 815 9 001-224, ex- 11 73 825 8 001-224 type Ibbehs

01 73 824 0 224-269, ex- 11 73 815 9 225-270, ex- 11 73 825 8 225-270 type Ibbehs-v with handbrake (NO braking hut)

Both of these series were ordered by O.S.E. in 1972 and built in 1974 by INDUSTRIJA SINSKIH I DRUMSKIH VOZILA OPREME I METALNIH KONSTRUCIJA GOSA SMENDEREVSKA PALANKA, Jugoslavija.

Also a vehicle which is mostly prefered to be used for accommodation (houses, canteens, offices, accommodation for illegal cutters-scrapers and more).

Thanks Jason, I wouldn't have presented them better :mrgreen:

I really like these cars, it's a shame they are withdrawn by now. I guess all these INTERFRIGOs that have served for over 50 years all around Europe are withdrawn from every other Rail Company as well.
I hope OSE would restore some day a few of them, they have at the past participated at special rail fun consists and seems to be very popular.

Hi guys.

Very nice pics, but I recon you should put (transfer) all this section on the "OSE refrigerator wagons Ψ" - section - that already exists, for not be confused, and everything to be in order, as the rest of the types of freight wagons. I think, I am clear.

What we are thinking is to separate each wagon class (refrigerators, boxcars, flatbeds e.t.c.) to their subtypes and classes .

We are dealing here with specific wagons of different types, not fridges in general - perhaps you could shift the model pictures to your thread?

The other type of the Jogoslavian Ψ3s, again divided to two types...

Again ordered in 1972 with the same contract as the ''824 0''s and built in 1974 by INDUSTRIJA SINSKIH I DRUMSKIH VOZILA OPREME I METALNIH KONSTRUCIJA GOSA SMENDEREVSKA PALANKA, Jugoslavija.

The difference between the ''821 4''s and the ''824 0''s is that the ''821 4''s have a lower loading limit.

At their last period of been used ( ~ 2002), M.A. (ex- Alexandroupoli's depot, now downgraded to ''Engine Station'', Σ.Μ.Α.) was responsible for their inspections.
