I plan to model this service car with the appropriate conversion, painting and decal set. I have spotted some model that we could use like the Liliput 235014 and Rocco 66055
They both look well detailed and almost identical to the Greek wagon.
I don't like very much the Lilliput's doors but there is an engraved interior simulating the wooden planks.
The Roco model has a better door though it's flat at the inside. Of course we could add the interior detail with Evergreen strips.
The Roco 66055 is a 3 NS wagons set. Does anybody knows if this new model comes out as a single wagon?
There has been an older Roco model around released under different code numbers like 4314 or 46058, but it does not look that detailed as the newer one.

I'm going to update with some info about this wagons usage, in meanwhile I'd appreciate any help with the model's selection

Hi,
Can't really help with modelling but I do have some more photos of the other side of this wagon, taken in September 2005.

And one of the interior:

Hope this helps. If you have decals made I would be interested.

thanks Tim, I have detail photos all around to make a proper decal set but I really needed an inside photo! Although I have shot around 550 photos during that day I forgot to shoot the interior as an Adtranz hauling an Intercity train appeared about that time. I'll let you, and everybody else know, as soon as I have finished and test print the decals.

I forgot to mention this wagon was found at Amfiklia during the daily excursion me and Jonmood had on the 5th April 2013. As I can see you were much luckier as a Δα (DeltaAlpha) steam loco was at one end of that wagon!!!

All my shots were taken at Athens Aghois Ioannis - I took a lot, up at Tithorea and Lianokladi as well but not as many as you! Evidently the wagon was part of the great clearout with the withdrawn locos up to Amfiklia, I think about 2007/8. As a bonus, here's the Da that was coupled to it, Da 63 I believe.

There are two other versions of the Liliput wagon that would be OK - 235012 DB and 235019 ÖBB, can't find any more about the Roco model.

OSE Wickham dresine

The Greek railways use a significant number of these dresines at both the standard and metric gauge.

Hello,barbas, :)

i`ve seen the photos of the ose auxiliary Vehicles. The pohtos have impressed me. In my opinon , it is sad, that no model-railroading -company has built the tiny-yellow lokomotive!
I`ll hope you agree with me!

I`ll wish you a nice weekend!

Best regards from

Erwin

Hi Erwin,
you're right, the dresines and in general the auxiliary vehicles are much neglected from the big companies, but that's where usually the small cottage industry comes to fill the gap.

Hello barbas, :)

I`ll thank you for your answer to me. Now I`ve been looking on the photo of the steam-locomotive. This photo makes me very, very sad. Obviously there`s no one who can repair
this historically steam-engine.
Can you answer me the following questions:

1. who built this steam engine?
2. Was it a german steam engine?
3. How old is tis steam engine?

I`ll wish you a very nice sunday!

Best wishes and best regards from

erwin

Hello andy, :)

this passenger-Carriage of the OSE with his friendly colour makes me very happy! Its a model, which I`ll buy until the next 14 days.
Can you answer me the following question:

1. Are new Electric Engines ordered by the OSE?
2. How old is the OSE?

I`ll thank you very much for answering my questions!

Have a nice sunday!

Best regards
Erwin
