My Z3 / Gbgs AT-40011 ALPHA-TRAINS HO until now:

1./10,57mm (=920mm in prototype) Fremo87 / HOpur / Proto87 wheelsets unpainted & W-irons from BILL BEDFORD in England with 0,25mm springeiness steel wire for suspension.

4./ HANDMADE hangers for switching-devices


5./ HANDMADE handrails


6./ HANDMADE handrails for doors



7./ UIC-buffers 450x340mm WEIMANN

Continuation of the air-hoses with 0,5mm - brass-wire + connection of them with the distributor with 0,5mm - brass-wire + connection of the distributor with the cylinder with 0,3mm - brass-wire.

1./ Brakes & vertical brake-levers (Achsbremsgestänge) are installed and the latter connected to the air-cylinder & its levers (Bremsgestänge). 1x brake was lost during installation.




2./ Other levers (Umstellvorrichtungen) connected to the distributor are installed.




3./ Brake-releasers (Lösezüge) are installed, finally for the brake-system to be completed.





The only part that will complete the wagon is the UIC-steps, either 3D-print or/ nickel/silver etched.

iI also added some weight, and the I tested the wagon and it rolls excellent. The wagon now weighs 246grams.
