The first two wagons were the property of OSE the other four were the property of ELTA the Greek Post Office.

Were those postal cars built under GOSA?

Does anybody has the construction plans?

Maybe this plan of Goša JŽ version could help you (sorry for poor image resolution):

Although there are some differences between them (gangway connections..), the JŽ and OSE Post coaches are of the same Goša type.
It would be very helpful to get some pictures of OSE Post interior....
