Photo Balkanmodels: April 1994 NES Thessaloniki. Carriage 51735080 103-4. Probably my most favourite carriage. That is why it was the first rtr model carriage I made in three running numbers.

BalkanExpress, when I give mine away, you and Theo will get one, but at the moment, I will hold onto them, sorry. :( I have to say that only aprox. 100 pieces were made of each running number. They are now antiques. ;)

A few more, largley unidentified, sadly. I have all three models. :D Don't even think of asking!

Athens 8-25.jpg
Can't quite read number, sorry! Rentis, October 2005.
Athens 10-28.jpg
Note old logo but revised number position, where some 'btfsplk' has graffitied it - GRRR! Athens, October 2005.
Athens 4-24.jpg
Note different colour of new logo - is this common? Athens, October 2005.
Athens 14-11.jpg
Athens Larissa - night train, October 2005. A bit voyeuristic!

:D :D

nice coaches, just eight years ago were in a fine state. I wonder where they are and how they look like today. Jason has to do his part now... ;)

PS. I also have all three models but I wouldn't say no to a couple more

Mmmm, given the Greek climate with all that lovely sunshine, I can't help thinking that red wasn't a wise colour to use on anything!

4 of them were withdrawn due to accidents (are at Lianokladi).

one was used in 2012 as a '' όχημα συνοδείας '' / '' σκευοφόρος εμπορικών αμαξοστοιχιών '' ( i don't know how it's called in English ).

The others are at Thessaloniki.

It translates roughly as 'convoy vehicle' - since it's running with petrol tankers it may well be used as a barrier wagon between them and the rest of the train?
