Panagioti in the rear wagon we have a small cut at that point above altenator. Roco has cut a longer section in order the model can handle sharp curves.
In the model I made before 12 years (and now it is in Adelardo collection,) I used suitable bogies from a Kleinbahn Austrian bagage wagon which are as the railtop ones. But I cut the extentions which hold the brakes pedals from the outer sides. This was a mistake of me as in the photos I had these part of bogies was invincible. So I didn't have space problem and I decided to add these plastic strips to be closer to original.

Thanks Stefane, that's what I had suposed too.
I've noticed that each one of the original ROCO bogies have an alternator that can be placed on the Railtop ones.
I have also trimmed the bogies above the inner brakes and the car rolls freely on curves.

Now the model is complete, time to put it on service as Adelardo suggested

Panagioti the model looks very nice. The red colour and the decals are perfect. Have you used spray or airbrush?
As far as bogies I stil hardly believe that they have the extentions for the brakes. But they had them for sure. These bogies were very noisy during braking. I have travelled with ex-TEN sleepers
only once in 1997, Athens-Thessaloniki, and our cabin was above bogie. I didn't sleep that night. From Thessaloniki we took IC70 to Drama. I had already slept by the moment we passed Lachanikipi.

I'm using an airbrush, an IWATA HP-C that I had bought back in the mid 90's.
The colors and varnishes are Vallejo, I was very pleased using them (I have used MOLAK, so I have no fear )

I still use enamels, molak or humbrol with Badger, initially model 200, then since mid 90s model 150. Lately I bought a chinese airbrush fo 25 euros just to feel different It is nice too.

It was just a joke, MOLAK were and still are great colors.
I'm just pleased though that the acrylic paints have become better through the years.
With a booth and a slightly open window we can use them indoors too.

Yes Panagiotis I am in the mood of such a topic.
As for airbrushes, believe me that I use them in the last 32 years but always indoor without boots, only an open window. When I paint I seat in my desk in my workshop.

That's good news. It's very interesting that there is a "Schlafwagen - Voitutre-lits - Sleeping Car - Κλiνάμαξα" inscription on the white band next to the doors!
I have seen only one photo of a car bearing these markings. Was the case with 807 presented? Had also had the stripe cut in the middle over the logo?
I guess people at ACME have done a research as usually do.
Does anybody know about these details?

Yes, Panagioti.
Some wagons had the white stripe cut above ose logo really. The model looks great. I gave Romano Molter of Acme many photos of TEN,Gosa and Breda coaches during the last ten years.
