Judging from the bogies it wears, it is one of a number of Familleureux carriages probably in a rebuilt guise. Maybe someone else can say more but have a look here http://hellas-express.eu/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=381

Do we have any coaches here inside saloon coach. So not the dining cars the open cars with a corridor in the middle of the coaches in old green color?
